Parklight Battery Driven And Headlight Stator Driven Diy Diagram

I also observed using none stock headlight bulbs will just look brighter looking at the headlight (glare) but not on the road. Our reflector is maximized for stock bulb. Better switch to projector type to focus the beam. :D

This is the reason why we should use STANLEY bulbs probably from mio since it is 35W. Our stock bulb is 32W only..

OT- Im planning to install HID sir, now i do have alternative remembering pros & cons of hid . :cool: I will just use stock bulb with 35 wattage..isn't it hotter than 32 watts bulb?It happen that i have to travel to province every weekend, mostly around 8pm & 4am goin back w/c means my headlight always stay on.What i did, light up my signal light together with my parklight(now battery drive) to give more brightness.;) Too bad for me that i dont know how to read diagram on to steady parklight & signal light, dont have that signal light when i needed.

I've also noticed that LED is much hottier compare to peanut bulbs even in short distances..why is it so?led consumes electricity lesser stock bulbs..
And which do you prefer most for travel like this,HID or just stock bulb?..jst need your opinion..:):)

Ride safe guyz..

In my opinion, stock bulb is more preferable and safe to use even if it is 32 watts or 35 watts.. 35watts emits more heat than 32 watts, but I think it can be compensated since there is an enough air flow to cool down the headlight lens during travelling..

I'm not against HID since it is very helpful at night due to high visibility it provides.. I just want a more reliable night driving that's why I chose stock bulb since you will have no worries of something would get busted like ballast of HID (Just an example)....
What I did now is put a pair auxiliary lights at the front, EAGLE EYE..:D I'll buy another pair of if I have a budget to make my night more brighter..;)

LED is more hotter than peanut bulbs maybe because light is concentrated at a certain point, this is just my assumption.. hehehe but still LED's power consumption is much lesser than peanut bulb..;)

I agree,when it comes reliability i would choose stock bulb only..:)
Just add auxiliary lights to have more visibility

Where can i locate this wire? sniper mx.. thanks
@Gerry Jaloro

If your SMX is AHO, it is connected to your headlight Hi/Lo switch. You can locate it the the Front (Chest) part of your bike and probably its color is also Yellow-Red.. Trace this wire if it is going to your Hi/Lo switch, if confirm, that's it..:D:thumbsup:

@Gerry Jaloro

If you will cut on the line that you've marked it with RED, yes auxiliary lights will turn definitely off. But if you cut near the Hi/Lo switch #23 (Based on the diagram) auxiliary lights will not turn off.. What will you do sir? are you planning to make your auxiliary lights battery operated while Head light is stator powered too?

I just want to put a switch to make auxiliary and headlight will not turn on all the time...

if you are planning to install HID/ LED on your headlight, then converting to battery operated is needed.
