MJN Carburetor / Theory is simple!

The reasons are as follows;

1) MJN system can atomize fuel much better than ordinary solid type needles.
2) It is because MJN nozzle controls the amount of fuel in proportion to the throttle opening (the air), by numbers of accurately drilled small holes.
3) Better atomized fuel gives better throttle response as well as better fuel efficiencies.
4) Also, MJN system can supply the fuel through the MJN nozzle which locates at the center of the bore where air speed is the fastest. This also atomizes fuel even better! Another very important theory of MJN system is when the throttle is shut off for engine braking, very minimal amount of fuel is guided into the intake ports. Therefore remarkable recovering acceleration can be obtained.

where do u get this info? yoshimura website said that the carburetor is for Honda not Yamaha...explain?

Its designed for small cc four stroke bikes. Its just a generic carb that chad been modified so that it can be used on all types of small cc four strokers...

For the price, no thanks.. haha. And its only a 24mm carb. A pwk28 or even the pe28 will be a better choice anyday, anytime. IMHO.

great stroker..

for me what makes me interested on this card are the ff

-original yoshimura carb (very respected on aftermarket parts)
-it has special jet nozzle which provides more power AND fuel efficient.
-its color black and unique :)

yes you can get more bigger carb, and you will get more power
but how about the fuel consumption (also big)?

what do you think?

The technology has raised severely by the racing field which power and the response is pursued.
” MJN” with abbreviation of the multiple exhaust nozzle, the fact that the nozzle where several minute holes are opened to the pipe of air in place of the former exhaust nozzle is used is feature.

In case of needle type, as for the fuel which passed by the main jet, from the needle jet which is venturi bore lower part and the opening which can be made between the jet needles it is sucked out. In case of MJN, the fuel passes through the multiple nozzle of air, is sucked out from the plural holes which were bored through the nozzle.

The aforementioned way, the fuel is sucked out by vacuum. If and sucking out kiss of the fuel flux of the air which flows closely is fast, fast extent high vacuum is applied, it is possible to actualize the atomization of the fuel which is closer to ideal.
