No, that's not correct the 2014 comes standard with 200cc, 4 valves per cyclinder, 6 speed tranny, 52 hp, and a turbocharger, all for 100 pesos more,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

If you can afford new, buy new. Motorcycles and boats are two things that you either get great used condition or you get real bad lemons, much worse than cars. Generally because the dont get used ENOUGH. I have seen time and time again friends buy an older boat or bike with low miles/hours and the motor is toasted due to lack of use / proper break in. Remember if you buy new, you are the one who puts every mile on it, you know how it was broke in and how it was maintained. Unless the used bike is one heck of a deal and you take your mechanic to look it over i would go new.So wala talaga ? Hehe

As far as differences, i think it's only decals like the others have said. Most change the look of their bikes anyways so that wouldn't be a factor for me personally.
