Hi guys

from the vixion service manual

it says that the

VIXION VALVE CLEARANCE
intake = 0.10 - 0.14mm
exhaust = 0.20 - 0.24mm

my question is if we use the vixion block to t135
with vixion camshaft

do we have to use the vixion valve clearance setting
or the T135 valve clearance setting?

i use 0.10 IN and 0.15 OUT.. great power but a bit wasting gas when the cam at overlap phase.. hey.. can i get that service manual ?

that means when the IN and EX valve opens together.. there's a slight degree when both of the valves opens together at the same time..

like vixion block, piston w/ cams and w/ t135 crackcase?

They are the same value on the r125 .
We make them all 6000kms .
your periodic valve adjustment is at every 6000km ?
Yes .
How many for the r15 ?
OMG
its worst than the periodic adjustment of th desmo system on ducatis

vixion is not R15 btw
the engine is different in setting with different power output
my vixion has clocked almost 13000km since i got it in february
still going strong
i dun tink adjustment is needed at least until 30,000km

Ok
In Europe yamaha give 6000kms valves adjusting , all 3000kms oil change , oil filter all 6000kms , air filter cleaning all 6000 and change all 12000kms .

What's the difference beetween the motor from the r15 and the vixion/fz15?
Is really horse power difference ?

basically R15 is based on the Vixion
whether its the engine to the chasis

Engine wise for R15 has 6 speed, Vixion onli 5
R15 is tuned to make slightly more power
n i suspect better fuelling too

the fuelling on the vixion efi is not so good, very bogging due to the AIS system
i disabled the AIS on my bike n the fuelling becomes A LOT better
but still there is still some bogging at small throttle opening
And when i tot of buying this bike i tot the highlight wud be the EFI system, after trying out other efi bikes like VN1600 and zx6r i was so hooked at how smooth n managable efi has improved a bike, but i was wrong when it comes to vixion

Well, u get wat u pay i guess, a vixion ain't no ZX6R

6000km interval is ridiculous for a modern bike dun u tink ?
if it is a 50 year old norton then its fine
bro, i dun tink ur valves wud have any problem even if u extend the interval to 5 times longer

Yes 6000kms is very short , I think they write this in the book .
Shop doesn´t make the adjustement all 6000kms but they says "it´s ok we have do this" (for make $) not more .
I doesn´t goes to the shop , I do it all my self .

Piston from vixion(polished) and piston from r125(after 9000kms)

Do you know what cost oem 150cc big bore in Asia ?(approximately)

wow, didn't expect the r125 piston to look like that from just 9000km of abuse
the combustion has leaked past well into the 2nd rings n into the oil rings
u musta reli wanked tat bike real hard din ya

u are looking for 150cc kit for R125 ?
my country is impossible to find, we dun have R125 here
try other asian countries

But the R125 piston does look real similar to the one in T135, n big bore pistons for T135 up to 60mm is readily available, sometimes up to 65mm n more for drag racing set-ups
