all you need is a program from a scanner or a printer that prints photo's, like Photo shop. they all have a program that will allow you to re-size the picture. it's not hard, you just need that software.
u can try to use da windows paint to do it..check da attributes tab...
re size da pixel der..u'll find it...it may not be da best but it'll help a bit..
dats wat i've did with mine...
or u can try go2 www.imageshack.us to upload your pic...thn u change its size on its option...after upload...u can save its smaller version of tat pics...hehe
