Yamaha A/c To H/c Engine

Hi there fellow T135'ers I just want to share my yamaha sniper A/C converted to H/C with original H/C internals, Hope everyone Like it, Please respect my thread thank you brother's :) enjoy watching..


these are the parts we need for converting

both engine crank case are removed and the engine is already removed from the chasis


we are on mix and matching the internals, haha

another further fitting

now the engine is on real mess.. haha

the crankshaft assy of A/C and H/C

my friendly mechanic's left side ( undo ) from cam, sur right ( kano ) from asgard.. hahaha in at back me the shirtless one, and mike our friend joining our session in mah crib

almost done we fitted those parts in the 1st pic

the engine is ready to fit in it's chasis

now here is my bike fully H/C

sorry for my bad english hope you liked viewing my thread and I hope I gave some ideas on others who want to convert there sniper A/C to H/C using oem parts, Thank you brother's.. Ride safe, God speed to all of us. :thumbsup: :shag:

no sir just the parts, hehe for labor I have a mechanic na sobrang atat ilagay yung mga pyesa sabe saken hindi naman ako nahinge ng labor pakainin mo lang ako ayus na basta masarap ha.. ayun kagulo kame ng mga tropang mekaniko sa bahay.. haha

Nice bro :-D haha buti kapa eh may ganyang mech, gaano katagal in-overhaul yan bro? and where did you bought the parts ? :D

bale inabot kame ng 2days, kaya naman daw sana in a whole day, the prob is they want to carefully remove every pieces of my engine internals, after that also in putting the parts they where so carefull, there are no one cracking joke's, you can sense the seriousness in the air, But there are still jokes ( kaya nga kagulo kame hahaha ).. my parts are from sir @P@simuno.. ;)

Erickson nag palit ka pala ng buong segunial? Fix in nalang ang ginawa? Mas mahaba ang axle main ng AC compared sa HC, halos swaping ang nangyari? What if AC crankshaft ang gagamitin ano pwedi ipalit sa balancer?

kung hindi ako nagkakamali i-wweld sana namen yung balancer/clutch bell, pero hindi kaya sir e.

Yes tama ka, pag nag palit ka na ng axle main hindi mo na pwedi magamit ang clutch bell ng AC kasi tatama na sya sa clucth housing.kasi may mahaba ang axle ng mga gear ng AC copared sa HC, Kaya kung hindi ka naman ng palit ng main axle hindi naman maikakabit at mag fifit yung original HC clucth side housing, diba? Siguro best way mag customize ng same balancer ng HC na pwepweding ipalit sa clutch bell. Posible diba?

parang mahirap yan sir, kung gusto mo talaga mag convert ng AC to HC my nabibili naman na convertion kit.. hihihi :cool::cool::cool:
