UMA racing block??

    yang ni sbijik lagi aku xpaham..
    tadi masa aku g tukar spoket apek ni sibuk plak
    dia tayang kat aku pasal UMA block racing ni..
    tapi aku tak taw pon ape function block racing..
    harga punya mahai sampai rm5++..apekah benda itu..
    sila komen sifu,bro2 n sahabat sekalian :)

    bro darel,

    block racing uma 62mm tu ek...er...nak terangkan pakai terms engineering tak pandai, secara pasar2 nye ayat boleh la, hehe...block ni sebahagian dari engine, kalau bro darels perasan kat head (kalau dari kanan nampak ekzos tu), bawah head tu ada lagi satu bahagian, yang tu block. kat situ juga laluan piston engine kita. Block ni selalu datang sekali dengan piston, piston ring ngan circlip. Standard saiz block pada LC kita ni cuma 54mm sahaja, block uma 62mm, jadi ruang pembakaran semakin besar yang membawa maksud keupayaan engine jugak akan meningkat (kira boleh pegi lagi laju), tak salah saya meningkatkan engine dari 135cc ke 179cc. Block racing nak pakai boleh je cuma yang penting engine kena jaga lebih sikit, contoh macam penukaran minyak hitam kena tukar on time, setting engine pun mainkan peranan besar untuk motor tu berada dalam keadaan yang baik. Lagi satu sebelum terlupa, sebelum ni rasanya ada post yang mengatakan block uma dia penah pecah di bahagian sleeve (bahagian dalam block, kat lubang piston bergerak), , saya pun tak sure macam mana boleh jadi camtu sebab block ni materialnya bukan calang2, kalau boleh pecah tu rasanya sama ada dia melanjan je motor tu or material yang digunakan kat block uma ni memang tak berkualiti, kalau ada niat nak upgrade block ni better cari brand lain yang lebih dipercayai, shark ke, y-teq ke, MDS ke. Panjang lebar penerangan saya, harap2 bro darels faham, hehe...bro2 yang lain, kalau penerangan saya ni salah minta betulkan, terima kasih.

    pendek cite block racing utk kuatkan pick up,horse power...bile pick up n HP mningkat,spocket bole kecik.bile bole kecik,top speed bole naik;)

    thanks bro..pnerangan yang sgt mudah difahami..
    kalau 135cc leh jadi 179cc makna kata kalau top speed 140 xmustahil la ea nak cecah 180??boleh ke ada pningkatan yang macam 2 skali..
    da cukup power 2..nak bawa laju cam2 pon xberani..huhu..kalau block 2 pecah kena tukar baru la ye??xbleh repair kan??
    minyak hitam ni cmane kiraan on timenya ya bro shukcorleone???

    hehe...kalau pomen setting ngam time pasang block tu ok je bro darels, macam saya setakat ni 11000km dah guna block ni( ada lagi lama guna 62mm ni macam bro naoki ngan bro phl) tak terjadi apa2 masalah lagi...cuma satu je, bila dah upgrade block ni engine memang kena penjagaan rapi, minyak hitam kena check selalu takut kering, pastu standard bila dah modified ni barang2 lain pun kena ngam jugak, carburetor pun kena setting ngam balik, benda2 tepi ni yang kadang2 memeningkan kepala, ibarat masuk turbo kat kereta, bukan takat turbin je, dengan wastegate la, blow off la, extra injector la tu sume kena letak sekali kalau nak lebih mantap, hehe.....

    ur welcome bro darels...haha...kalau setting betul2 ngam memang boleh naik 180km/h..tak janji sebab top speed ni bergantung jugak pada setting lain macam sprocket, tappet adjustment, carburetor, cam profile. Lupa pulak saya lagi satu perkara, kalau tukar block ni, kebiasaan orang akan tukar valve spring sekali, yang lebih keras supaya dia boleh support rev yang tinggi. Standard kita ni (kalau tak salah) cuma boleh bertahan sampai 10k rpm sahaja, kalau terlajak dari tu takut floating pulak spring tu nanti....hehe...kalau kes blok pecah ni memang tukar je bro darels, memang tak boleh guna dah block tu..kalau calar sahaja lain ceritanya....

    alamak.macam2 nak kena tukaq..xmampu la camni..huhu..
    pas2 nak setting segala bagai..kalau xreti buat sendiri hantar kedai ni
    cam xpecaya sikit kat cina buat.asal duit sampai poket je
    dia kisah apa customer pnya crita...silap2 baru p 10km da pecah block..
    kalau xtukar block,ada ke cara lain tok kasi top speed naik sikit..dapat 150 pon jadi ler..
    ada yang cakap tukar cdi...cmane 2??

    haha....betul bro darel, nak upgrade motor ni memang koyak sikit poket, saya pun dah banyak berhabis kat motor ni...takpe, jangan paksa diri, buat slow2. Pomen pun kena cari yang betul2 tau selok belok lc ni, saya akui statement tu, pomen2 cina ni janji dapat duit je, terus dia ngaku boleh buat itu ini, bila jadi masalah kat motor macam2 alasan dia keluar, silap2 suruh tukar barang lain pulak....saya pun banyak belajar dari forum ni je sebenarnya, tengok apa yang bro2 lain buat, minta pendapat diorang, lebih membantu dari saya terus redah pegi kat pomen, hehe.....kalau untuk permulaan ni cdi dulu pun dah ok, dia akan meningkatkan sedikit rev bermakna top boleh naik lagi...kalau masih tak berjaya, tukar ekzos (yang ni murah sikit, kalau aftermarket punya ekzos cam nobi kat kl ni dalam 160++, bergantung pada kedai yang jual), bunyi memang bising dari standard, kalau nak bunyi yang senyap tapi power lebih mantap bro darels boleh cari kedai yang pakar bedah ekzos standard ni...area kl ni memang ada tapi johor saya tak berapa pasti

    exzos bising xkena tahan pak polisi ke??ekzos bising ni pon leh kasi naik top speed ke?

    Takde buat jetrod pun bos pomen kata piston tak tahan. Nak bagus tukar piston fjn/ 1mm dome

    Hahaha.. Pakai la nk pakai.. Nk kuar modal lg beli piston.. Piston done bukan xtahan.. Kena tgk targey CR nk brapa.. Bukan kata pakai dome moto trus laju.. Silap2 berderai enjin.. Terlalu high compression.. CR tinggi tp nk pakai ron 95.. Mmg x la,

    Se eloknya cari pomen yg boleh guide btol2.. Bukan paw poket kita betul2..
