sorry to interrupt again...
this vixion valve spring is better compare to other racing valve spring??is it??if equip with racing cam..???and racing cdi??can it support all the power given??

Vixion Valve Spring users here. We installed the Vixion springs on two snipers----2010 and MX. Two different set ups but one after effect....more silent engine with higher rev limit and speed per gear. Tried LHK aftermarket springs which were taller than stock but apparently couldn't handle the Turbo cam. It seemed then that stock was better. Vixion on both bikes now.

See the comparison of the LHK valve spring (left, longer and thinner) with the Vixion valve spring (right, slightly shorter but thicker).

Gud ev bro Blaster,,,,wala bang tiktik or tumotunog na sound kapag nasa top speed kana or kapag piniga mo ng masyado ang accelerator,,ito po ang set up ko..faito cams,faito clutch spring,faito lining,brt cdi,mtrt ignition coil,lhk valve spring..kapag piniga ko ang accelerator or nasa top speed na ako parang my sinisilsil sa head ata na naririnig ko,,,anu kaya ang problema boss,,,sana matulungan mo ako,,tnx....:confused::confused::(

I agree.. we also use LHK valve springs on LHK stg2 cams. Spring is taller than stock but the stock one stiffer.
My tuner recommend to get stiffer spring or just go back to stock first.

I'm choosing between Faito or Vixion valve springs to change but still back reading on Faito brand since most of my set consists of Faito already
any cebu sellers here have Vixion springs for sale :rolleyes:?

how about the clearance of the valve bro,,,is it loosen or tighten....asa ka sa cebu kay taga mandaue ko,,,,:)

AFAIK on stg2 cams
too tight not good
too loose is too noisy
but i dunno paps.. im not tuner.. im newbie in sniper world. i only leave my bike to tuner.. all i do is use it..

im from Talamban paps

T135 speedometer in every country is NOT ACCURATE

heres a computation of speed based from rpm.
sample here is based on REAL ACCURATE SPEED computation
and not the one shown in t135 speedo.

stock cdi at 9200rpm (max limiter)
max speed @2nd gear = 71kph
max speed @3rd gear = 99kph
max speed @4th gear = 128kph

aftermarket cdi at 10,000rpm with stock valve spring
max speed @2nd gear = 77kph
max speed @3rd gear = 107kph
max speed @4th gear = 139kph

aftermarket cdi at 11,000rpm with aftermarket valve spring
note: i use 11,000rpm .
Though aftermarket valvesprings can reach higher than 11,000rpm

max speed @2nd gear = 85kph
max speed @3rd gear = 118kph
max speed @4th gear = 153kph

PHILIPPINES/INDONESIAN SPEEDOMETER T135 SPECS
note: what shown in speedometer of phil/indo t135

RPM: 11,000
max speed @2nd gear = 92kph
max speed @3rd gear = 128kph
max speed @4th gear = 166kph

all of the above are based from formula computation.
lets see the actual test :)
what best CDI brand and valve spring to be used to reach the 11,000 rpm sir..
and do i need to change my carb and use power pipe for this mods..TIA

cdi and cams for stock or big bore.. for now im planning to have cams and v spring.. soon i go bore..

mtrt- very good very nice, still plays in small clearance
vixxion- very good very nice, so hard that u need to give enough valve clearance to gain top speed, required (tikitiktiktik)
TK-super like, still plays in zero zero valve clearance, rare,

no offend to all sellers & users, my apology in advance..to everyone this is my own opinion or experience its still up to u guys to choose what u like,
ive just put them in my experiments and to know w/c well fits best to my taste, ika nga kanya kanya lng yan.. trip baga.. ride safe mga bro.;)

valve springs,vixxion, lhk, yypungks,TK, mtrt
clutch springs, mtrt, yypunks,lhk

hehehe don't be ashamed to ask im welling to answers question,, but reminder im not a mechanic just an explorer, wahaha :p

but i recommend in stage 1 cams, go for kawahara, pm mo admin/traxxaz modifier,.
faito s4evo ok din xa, maganda din play nya, pm mo krr. or kent
lhk d kasi pare pareho sukat ng lhk minsan my mataas konti an lift meron kapos ng konti prang gnun bsta, lahat kasi kami dito dati lhk ginamit panagsusukat nmin lahat at kinumpara, wala s tama wahaha pero parehas lahat stage 1. & 2,
vixxion cams plays like stock,
diko malaman kasi ano name nung ginamit q dati n cam, maganda din un swabe s performance kaso eewan san galing un pinagamit lng ng tropa un skin eh..
pang asean, maganda performance nya swabe pero need mo nito magandang valvesprings at magaling na mechaniko..
yan langg nagamit q e,,
pero lahat nmn ng cam ok ala nmn problema don mostly importante lng tlga magaling tumira n mechanek para wa ka sablay.,
pero mairecomend q sau pagnakabore or bigvalves ka, turbo cam, yypang,cms, pang asean. yan tibay n mga cams yan, bala kana pumili at paghanap ng mechaniko,. ride safe, happy modes..
