go with sprocket combination with gear ratio value bigger than 2.6

how to compute for Gear Ratio?

Rear sprocket teeth DIVIDE by Front Sprocket Teet = GEAR RATIO

example:
42t rear / 16t front = 2.63

so your gear ratio with that sprocket combi is 2.63
since its higher than the stock sprocket gear ratio 2.6

that means you will have HIGH ACCELERATION than the stock sprocket.
top speed might decrease or the same...

If you feel you still need more acceleration, then look
for a sprocket combi with higher value of gear ratio than 2.63

try 14t 37t gear ratio 2.67
and so on...

what is gear ratio means?

gear ratio of 2.6 (39t rear /15t front) means,
it needs 2.6 turns of engine to make 1 rear wheel revolution.

gear ratio of 1 (15t rear /15t front) means
1 turn of engine makes 1 turn of rear wheel.

gear ratio of 5 (80t rear /16t front) means
5 turns of engine makes 1 turn of revolution.

just imagine that when you pedal your bicycle.

To all Masters, base on your experience, which is better (better acceleration and speed as well) combination for sniper classic 80-80 front, 100-80 rear tires, 68Kg driver, stock engine? 15-40 or 15-41? Planning to change my 15-39. Thanks and God bless you all!

the stock gear ratio is 2.6 (in bold)

the color green gear ratio are high speed sprocket combination.
the lower the gear ratio, the more high speed (top speed, less acceleration)

the color red are low speed sprocket combination.
the higher the gear ratio the more low speed. (good acceleration, less speed)

Good day., i have some query regarding on my sprocket combination., my tire size is 100/80 and 90/80 and my weight is 130+kg what is the best sprocket combination for sniper mx get my top speed from start to last the my engine will not be force?
