ya, was looking for the manual real bad too

anyway, did some minor tune to my bike

changed to platinum plugs, CR8EGP

and also i made my own version of a cheap free flow filter
i bought 1 air filter for Vixion, 2 piece foam filters from kawa 150KR
den i thin out the foam to half the thickness, cut out the paper element of the vixion filter, replace the foam into it

with both these items fitted in, it sure does give a real improvement to the bogging low end throttle response
now it jus revs up when i open the throttle

lets see wat happens when i fit in a Konic exhaust later on
still wundering if i shud fit on a XP IM8

the filter mod is reli kinda not so good aktuali
it does giv very good flow
but not so good in terms of filtering capacity

but i m still looking for some other filtering material
still considering if i shud get the HKS ultraflow filters costs about rm80 a piece

like last time, i tried 4 prototypes in making a filter for the T135
dunno how mani prototypes i hav to make this time before i end up with one i m satisfied with

Fork oil volume: 7.81 oz
the "oz" is american or imperial ?
me nid to convert it to mL

and so after 3 prototypes
looking for the perfect filter material which is CHEAP

at first thinking of buying HKS filter element
but then . . .. its RM80
damn it i rather get those jfc filters
so i changed my mind n forget bout it

then, one day when i finally decided to upgrade my computer
i found this perfect foam sponge from the motherboard box
its thin, so doesn't slow down the air velocity as a thick element does
and its porous enough to be soaked in oil without restricting air

very porous :)

a bit of motul 5100 oil soaked in it
and then its now on my bike, working so wonderfully

this one . .. fail
no good

so, guys, dun just go get those foam filters from another bike n soak it in oil, it wun work, not porous enough

well, i din show all the details like the thickness of the foam and how to mount it on the existing filter bracket
but u guys have to do ur own research ya, its part of the fun

Tweaks to the induction system ( The pipe that is disconnected and sealed on the right)
and the pipe connecting to the intake pipe ( The pipe that is uncapped and fitted with an air filter)

Results - eliminate the popping sound created by the induction system and makes the power delivery of the FZ150i smoother

The injector nozzle - 6 hole jet nozzle

Alloy centered Racing Boy disc 300mm
The light weight version of the racing boy disc.
The quality of Racing boy products has been improved significantly throughout the years, this is a very quality product.
Love this disc so much

converted 7.81 oz to ML is 230ML...

is this for the two forks or left and right 230ml?? sorry noob..

nice mods bro!

any plans on changing the airfilter into cone type?
it gives your engine breath easily..
nope, it won't work
the long velocity stack must be retained

my idea is much more practical, making a filter with bigger surface area

but, no point in modding a fz150i, even with a 60mm block the bike doesn't go any faster due to the crude injection system

actually its 231ml to be exact
it is per fork, so for both you need 462ml

So today i will show some of the tweaks that have been tried n proven on my Fizzie 150

1) Lamp upgrade
- I changed the bulb to 60/55w H4 Philips Premium bulb
- After 1 month of using no signs of anything broken or headlamp melted, the headlamp seems to be able to hold up well

- now there is this tiny problem when u do this, the 60w lamp does draw a lot of power. So, u will notice sometimes the rpm meter going to 0 when idling

2) Changing the battery to a bigger size
- I stand my point again, THE BIGGER IS ALWAYS BETTER when it comes to battery
- i did this initially to help my electronics hold up better after i fitted the 60w lamp
- NOW HERE IS THE INTERESTING PART, THE ENGINE IS SIGNIFICANTLY SMOOTHER with the bigger battery. Just as i expected, the FZ suffers the same weakness in the ignition system as the T135, upgrades to the power source significantly improves it.
- now using Yuasa YTX-7BS, stock is same size as YTX-5BS
- I highly recommend this to anyone riding the FZ150

nice info bro
instead of upgrading to higher wattage of halogen bulb.
why not use HID xenon instead?
you will only use 35 watts or 50watts of power and 300% more brighter
than halogen bulb.

Phillips Premium bulb oni cost RM16 and RM3 for a small switch with no other mods needed. Tats good enough to give 2 times more lamp power

A reliable HID with both high n low beam wud cost a bomb and messy electricals to be deal with :x

So its just a matter of which is worth doing or not

question to the masters, is the vixion cam also equipped with TPS and accelerator pump? what size is it?"

Bro the TPS and Accelerator Pump functionality is not related to the Camshaft... The first 2 mentioned is mounted on a Carb/ EFI Unit and not inside the Cylinder Head where the Cam is...
