How to make an? Front engine cover

if you already have the mould,you must wax it more than 5times to ensure the fiber doesn't stick at the mould,then you must put gelcoat on it

i made one from aluminium but its hard to place it on cause its not flexible :S maybe ill go for a fiberglass later
