try to tighten the screw to which the elbow of the pipe is mounted on the engine.. if unsuccessful, try to put gasket or sealant to the elbow before installing.. if still unsuccessful, try to adjust a/f mixture.. HTH..

NP bro.. using open pipe/power pipe sometimes backfire occurs specially at engine break.. i think is normal if it happen sometimes but if it happens most of the time, then its a different issue..

im suffered back fire since april 2012. I tried this mods 2 days ago...the result .....VERY EFFECTIVE.....wew....thanks master traxx....no backfire now and with smooth peaceful ride....up up up

i find the vibration as a normal thing.. but not to much.. better to check on every bolt and nut, keep them tighten..

Nope my bikes clear as crystal. can't see anything and I've done this

Theres a better way of removing the AIS. no more tsinelas or slipper mods...
