too much air than gas result is unstable idle and engine died when stop. Possible remedy is rejet to higher number of jet. OR check connecting rubber manifold if there's a leak and not tighten wellsir traxx just remove the air filter box replacing with a generic air filter but
when i run the engine. its idle is uneven speed and died
after that cant run the engine without revving a little bit.
i tried pluggin the ais ,did run for a little bit but has still uneven idling then died.
it used to idle longer or didnt died at stock setting.
tried several a/f setting but to no avail. please help desperate
there's no AIS for mx king.. programmable ecu is the solution.my friend owned a mx king then replaced a aftermarket pipe. What remedy to do in order to stop a backfire sound. Any tweaks? Thus removing ais of mx king will refrain back fire? TiA.
Ahhh. Tnx sir japs.. Mx135 kc ako. Hahahah.there's no AIS for mx king.. programmable ecu is the solution.![]()
maybe poor air intake because of your after market air filtersir traxx just remove the air filter box replacing with a generic air filter but

How to: AIS plugging or Removal for better performance
After reading this from jefraider and also AIS removal is part of the yamaha racing in their racing parts for R6/R1,
I'm implementing this on my bike.
For brief description:
AIS means AIR INDUCTION SYSTEM.
Its purpose is to inject fresh air from the airbox going to the exhaust
to burn the wasted fuel thus reducing pollution.
The air induction system (AIS) burns unburned exhaust gases by
injecting fresh air (secondary air) into the exhaust port,
reducing the emission of hydrocarbons.
in short its FOR ENVIRONMENT PURPOSES ONLY
if you've noticed on open pipe exhaust, "pop" sounds on throttle release/deceleration
is due to this AIS thing, the burning if wasted fuel is causing that pop sound.
If your an environmentalist, DONT DO THIS.
if your a pro-pollution, follow this , HAHAHA , just kidding.
What we are going to do is plugged the AIS with an object
so that no fresh air will get in.
Heres how to do it.
Materials needed:
-racing slipper (havianas brand preferably, hehehe)
-scissor
-electrical tape

cut a piece of rubber and form it as shown in the picture.

Insert a the plug into the AIS, Insert it in twisting motion

Now put back the hose

Block this small tubing with electrical tape. Just enough the
hose can still be plugin and no air can pass through.

put back the hose

Heres the Final look. Looks nothing is changed.
