Good Quality? Uma Cam Or Faito Cam?

Good day sir.. i would like to ask if UMA cam is plug and play no need valve pocket?..
pls.. post some suggestion to our veteran...
like this UMA CAM it is plug and Play and what is the specs.. and performance compare to faito cam?

for stock piston i think its plug and play..i already install it in uma 62mm, valve clearance or pocket depth is okay..but in case you have a bigger valve you have to adjust the valve pocket...

you need to valve pocket, since its a stage 2 cams...

With due respect sir, todays available cams for our motorcycles are tags as stage1, 2 ,3 ... which is very confusing..

im so confused... 
im reffering to, you need to valve pocket if your going to have a stage 2 cams in a stock bore without using any gasket at all... its our poor mans upgrade... headtopping...
my mechanic used to do this in my motorcycle...we need to pocket the piston for it will sang ku ay sing the valve... i mean the valve will hit the piston due to clearance have been reduced to minimum...
