Is the COC paper not standard? I think Greece and Germany is in the EU. Must have the same standards for securits ect. So in other lands you will get COC Papers from Yamaha? Or do you don´t need this Papers in other lands?

Hey, i don´t have a Yamaha crypton x. But i will buy one. It´s not available in Yamaha Germany. But i can buy it in Greece and ship it to Germany. But i get only a lincense when Crypton x have COC Papers. So sell Yamaha this motorcycles with COC papers?
