Hahaha... Lots of ways to stabilize BOLTS; perhaps one is putting some sort of a thread lock glue on the thread of bolts before fitting or tightening it,...

I'm sory, but i really don't know VS on motorcycles, except of course Voltage Regulator circiut. I need wiring diagrams on how it is connected to the battery. Thanks

instead of paying for a small tube of threadlock

i use the valve polishing paste instead
the small grinding sands will hold ur bolts well

kitti has two types of voltage stabilizers---battery voltage stabilizer and cdi voltage stabilzer. the cdi voltage stabilizer maintains 16v input to your cdi. i use the cdi voltage stabilizer on my drag bikes and the battery voltage stabilizer on my daily ride.

@doc Gab: doc did you remove your regulator before installing the battery voltage stabilizer. TIA

nope, it remained intact. the kitti battery voltage stabilizer has three wires...one to the negative terminal of the battery, the other to the positive terminal of the battery and one hooked to a switch. the wiring of the kitti cdi voltage stabilizer is different.

i using vs-e with grounding cable at my car....
