Carmona chapter will be merged to SOS Laguna

I already advised Jojo Lascano about this. A chapter cant be a chapter without members. Only Jojo is responding through text and others are not.

Again, this is official. There will be no SOS Carmona chapter

The official chapters will be NCR and Laguna only as of today, Sept 29, 2010
