Hi Doc in this photo, you're using stock water pump that connected to your camshaft, for your 65mm cylinder block.

question is, do you encounter any problem with your cooling system(water pump), because in my bike always had water spill inside the engine.
also what if i will not use my water pump system is it good for 400meters run? for drag?

so far haven't encountered any problems at the moment. when you say water spills you mean coolant is getting into the combustion chamber? that could be a gasket leak. i may convert my mechanical water pump (stock) to an external electrical water pump system. the purpose of which is to reduce every possible mechanical drag just like removing the kickstarter mechanism, going for a total loss ignition system (no stator coil). doing away with the water cooling system depends on the size of your engine. the bigger the engine the greater the heat it produces. you don't want to run into overheating problems especially when the engine is all out in a 402 run.

i suspected that the water spill come out in water pump due to the 65mm cylinder(X1R) doesn't have way to have a spilling problem, what do you think? i think i should need to convert that water pump into electrical water pump, and advantage is, the circulation of water continous even the engine is not running, right?

I have calculated wrong.... 4th gear ratio for LHK should be 1.048

I will be posting an updated table tomorrow to rectify this error...

    cheers...

I have updated the table... :)

Question: If I have a stroker engine (bore 54mm x stroke 65.7mm), what ratio would be best for me?

as we all know, if we have a stroker engine, most tourqe/power is in low to mid rpm, is it still ok to use a close ratio gearings for road racing (circuit) puposes? and how about for drag racing?

    Thanks!
