hi d'expert,
to apply the vixion block u dont have to change anything, well, maybe some.. it's recommended to step up the pilot jet to #22,5 and main jet to #105.. don't have to change anything beside the lower liner of the vixion cyl block, but that already done and u just have to install it.. it's entirely plug and play.. but those stuff (pj, mj, cam etc) already included in the whole kit anyway..
remember, cam change is recommended, either using vixion cam or the street performance cam.. t135 stock cam is too 'low profile'...
Some very popular tips :
Dismiss the decompression assy, sometimes it's activated when the engine is revving at high rpm, making compression loss.

it's an assy that attaches to cam gear, it pushes the pin so the exhaust valve would open to reduce compression, making it easy to start, but the side effect is there too

Its not a must to remove the decompression assy when installing Vixion block, it's just a way to increase performance.
But for my super cam, it is a must to remove the decompression assy, because it'd disrupt the duration of the exhaust valve.

IF NOT REMOVED :
Advantage : easy to start whether using electric or kick start
the kick start wont 'bounce' back when u kick it
Disadvantage : because its working mechanism relies on engine rpm to throw it out of contact with the pin on the cam, sometimes when the rpm hits 1500-2000 its activated and makes ur engine lose compression, try this at gear 3 to gear 4 change, because the gear 4 ratio is soooo different, the rpm drops suddenly and makes this mechanism active and u get loss in performance.
IF REMOVED :
Advantage : no more compression loss of course
no 'sudden performance drop'
Disadvantage : depends on ur cam profile, it need a stronger force to kick start ur engine, if the cam lift is very high (higher compression), you might need stronger battery to start the engine using electric starter.
IN GENERAL,
decompression assy is just a feature with its plus and minus side, so it wont hurt ur engine if you remove it or not remove it.
It's your choice, do u want max performance, or ease of start ?
ANOTHER TIP,
close the AIS line on the cyl head, because it disrupts exhaust process.

@kamalez
decompression assembly is shown in the parts catalogue.
check it out
@haen
thanks for the info bro. very good info.
more question, decompression assembly activates at what specific rpm?
is that the reason why theres so much difference in the 3rd gear to 4th gear?
if we remove decomp assmbly, will the 3rd to 4th be smooth? no more loss of power?

thats decomp assy...
technically, decomp assy should be activated only on rpm under 1500.. but u know.. sometimes something happen...
yes, thats why gear 4 dropped soooo much....
one more tip :
if u r reluctant to throw away the decomp assy, then...
if you have the time, dont use that lower cyl gasket, throw it and use threebond sealer as replacement, so u got more compression without too much modification.. dont worry, lower cyl gasket doesnt relate piston movement..

@h4hahak1m
yah.. look at the picture.. that's what i mean by dismissing the decomp assy.. use only the gear.. as for the rest of the parts, it's either keep it or throw it away.. hehehehe....
p.s
That no lower cyl block gasket tip is quite effective.. threebond seals the gap effectively.. enjoy the performance increase.. especially combined with the super cam or v-ixion cam.. still unsatisfied ? add the vixion block upgrade.. still want more ? upgrade the carb and the CDI

any comments from anyone who tried and tested this? from my understanding v-ixion is fuel injection technology. won't it be in conflict with a carburetor version of t135?

hi thrasher.. v-ixion block is the same block as T135.. head, cylinder etc and internal parts are the same.. except some difference on cam duration and lift.. and the diameter of the cyl block, piston, piston pin, and surface profile of the piston..
